You are cordially invited to attend a press conference to launch a new report “Justice Delayed, Justice Denied,” by the Kachin Women’s Association Thailand and Legal Aid Network, on the one year anniversary of the rape-murder of two Kachin teachers in northern Shan State on January 19, 2015. Based on interviews with local witnesses, the report provides compelling evidence that the crime was committed by Myanmar Army personnel and there was a systematic cover up of their involvement.
