- We, the National Democratic Front – NDF welcomes the historic decision of National League for Democracy – NLD, reject to re-register their party under unjust Party Registration Law of military regime and not to join regime shame 2010 election which is enormously decision of Central Committee members across the country wide at NLD-CC meeting attended by over 100 NLD-CC members, on 29 March 2010.
- By making such crucial decision, NLD lead entirely public of Burma to resist and defiance the unjust laws, imposed one-sidely by the SPDC that cannot reach the national reconciliation and never guide to democratic principle for country.
- Therefore, we the NDF earnestly encourage the entire people of Burma to support the actions led by National League for Democracy which can resolve the political crisis by peaceful means. Meanwhile, we would like to affirm that the NDF will continue to support the political standing of NLD and we will heighten the different struggle together with the people’s freedom movement and the ethnic nationalities’ liberation movement until the fascist military dictatorship has to relinquish the State power entirely.
