• • •From 14 – 16 October 2014, approximately 600 representatives from civil society organizations nationwide will participate in the forum “Civil Societies’ Review on Myanmar/Burma’s Transition Process: Prospects for 2015 and Beyond” to hold a frank and open discussion regarding the weaknesses and needs of the current transition process in Myanmar/Burma.
The forum will aim to cover the following objectives:
1. Review the current Burma Government’s reform and reflect on its outcome domestically, regionally and internationally
2. Strategize effective implementation of future activities among civil society organizations.
Diverse group of individuals working in their respective fields have been invited to speak as panelists during the forum and cover five thematic issues.
Based on the panel discussions, the participants will break up into 14 thematic groups to discuss various issues facing the people of Myanmar/Burma. The outcome and recommendations of the collective discussions will be presented to civil society, the Myanmar/Burma Government and the broader international community.
We would like to welcome the media to join the forum on 14 October. In order for participants to speak freely, we request that all media representatives covering the forum refrain from participation on 15 – 16 October. We ask for your kind understanding and cooperation in creating a safe space for the participants to speak openly regarding the thematic issues.

၁။ “လက္ရွိအစိုးရ၏ျပဳျပင္ေျပာင္းလဲမႈ” မ်ားကုိသံုးသပ္ျပီး ရလဒ္မ်ားကို လူထု အဖြဲ႕ အစည္းမ်ားက ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္/ ေဒသ/ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ ကိုယ္စားျပဳ တင္ျပလာႏုိင္ရန္။
၂။ သံုးသပ္တင္ျပလာေသာ ေရွ႕လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားႏွင့္ နည္းဗ်ဴဟာမ်ားကို လူထုအဖြဲ႕ အစည္းမ်ား အၾကား ထိေရာက္ေသာ နည္းလမ္းမ်ားျဖင့္ ခ်ိတ္ဆက္စုေပါင္း အေကာင္ အထည္ေပၚလာႏိုင္ေစရန္။
